|Recommended: YesWonderful, but a tad on the expensive side — Cambridge Courts is a wonderful place to live. If you love a social atmosphere, this is the place for you. While more expensive than some apartments, this has been a great place to live overall.
|Recommended: YesLocation is great. Quality is good for what it is. — The apartment complex is set in a great location if you are a BYU student, and plan to stay temporally in Provo. It is walking distance from campus, and close to shopping centers and restaurants. If you are ok with the basic necessities and not high maintenance about room or quality, then this is a great apartment. Neighbors are noisy simply because the walls are very thin, so it's not because they are loud people. Parking is terrible, which is why we had to rent a spot to avoid conflict. Tenants can be rude in the laundry room when it comes to sharing time, as well as touching and moving other tenants clothing. The complex staff are wonderful and willing to help in any way possible. Overall, it is decent living.
|Recommended: YesGreat first apartment as a married couple. — The people at the front desk made it worth living here. There were some issues with neighbors and other things but they were always on top of resolving any issue.
|Recommended: YesYour Own Private Sanctuary — I would tell them that living at Cambridge Court is a great option if they want privacy, independence, and a great location near campus, restaurants, and other nice amenities. Its a great place to call home. It's your own private retreat in a college town
|Recommended: YesOverwhelmingly Positive with a Parking Suggestion — The apartments are laid out well the walk-in closet loop is awesome and while the space isn't huge, it's not cramped. Maintenance is quick to respond to anything that we've had come up even a minor fix . The staff is super helpful and they're still in the office when I get home from work which was a huge problem with my last apartment . Even on the first floor, we hardly ever have issues with noise from upstairs and when we do it's still pretty muted . The community garden plots are nice, the lounge is great for playing games with friends, and the new sidewalks are a huge improvement although when they were being put in the workers could have picked better times of day to do their noisiest work . The biggest issue we've had is parking. There are enough spaces, but half of the spaces in the underground lot are fine while the other half are super small - sometimes forcing people to park on over lines depending on the car already in a spot or whether or not they have the time to waste. There have also been times where someone with a scooter motorcycle will take up a car spot instead of using one of the other spaces, but that's not the complex's fault.
|Recommended: YesPerfect for newly wed couples — Though the rent is a little higher than most other single bedroom apartments in Provo, it is worth it. The apartments are well maintained inside and outside , practically sound proof, having a dishwasher is amazing, the location is perfect if you're attending BYU and the bus stop that will take you to UVU is literally across the street , and the staff are super nice and accommodating.
|Recommended: YesAwesome place — It is awesome. Very well kept and clean apartments. Close to BYU campus Expensive, but could be worth it.
Thank you for the great review! Good luck in all you do!
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — This is a really good place to be. Pretty quite and well kept place. The AC situation is too great because it's just one wall unit in the living room but it does cool the living room pretty well. Great amenities as well.
|Recommended: YesCambridge Court is a Great Married Starter Apartment — I really like living at Cambridge Court, but I do have 3 complaints. In order from most annoying to least annoying 1 The apartment can be very warm, and the window AC unit does not get the bedroom cool at all. 2 There is very little extra storage within the apartment. The bedroom closet is great for clothing storage, but the front closet is not sufficient for extra storage. 3 There is not enough parking. We lived here for 3 months before we were able to get a parking pass for our second car. Now that we have a parking pass we are always able to find spots somewhere for both of our cars, but not having any street parking close is bothersome when you have 2 cars and only 1 pass.
|Recommended: YesGreat place for college-going couples — Cambridge Court offers a unique close to campus experience. They guarantee parking for at least one car per apartment. They offer reliable maintenance assistance if needed. They keep their grounds clean and safe. The apartments are well insulated. heating units are effective. The AC is less efficient than having a central air system, but no surprise. Parking is tight, but it's there. I am glad that I live so close to BYU campus here. The managers answer all questions and are reasonable when it comes to your concerns. And, being able to paint your own walls and customize your apartment is a definite plus.
|Recommended: YesI think the apartments are very nice and I like the management. — Quiet, and clean.
|Recommended: YesLove it here! — The complex is clean and well kept. Heating is electric, which is extremely outdated and expensive, but otherwise it s a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI like it — Its nice, and fairly quit, at least in my apt.
|Recommended: YesCambridge Court is the perfect apartment housing for newlyweds! — Living at Cambridge Court is great! It s always very quiet and peaceful can t hear neighbors very often. Maintenance is very prompt and willing to help with anything. The apartment directors care that are apartment-living requirements are met. The apartments are a great size, especially for newlyweds everything works great (if something doesn t work right, maintenance is on it right away!). My wife and I are very pleased with Cambridge Court and plan on staying here awhile.
