|Recommended: YesClose To Campus, Decent Price, Overall Solid Place To Live — Cambridge court is decently priced for the crazy housing market in Provo. Its close to BYU campus, Provo Center Street, University Parkway, or anywhere in Provo. The apartments are nice and well designed. They are small, but perfect size for a married couple.

|Recommended: YesOverall Nice, But Getting A Little Overpriced. — Its a nice and clean little community of apartments overall, but with both rent and parking going up in price, it seems like its more overpriced when you compare it to similar apartments in the area that are bigger.
|Recommended: YesOverall Nice, But Getting A Little Overpriced. — Overall nice, but the price of rent is higher here at Cambridge Courts than it is to similar comparable apartments in the area. Especially when comparing price per square foot, and the new cost of a parking pass. Also, the different higher and lower rent amounts based on specific apartments is quite arbitrary and based on reasons that are not that justified in my opinion e.g., extra rent cost because of crown molding .
But I know the owners of Cambridge Courts probably won't take this single review into consideration regarding their pricing, since Provo apartment renting is so competitive and they can take advantage of that how they like.

They are always willing to help and meet our needs The apartment was clean when we moved in and same with around the property. Someone from Cambridge court has been shoveling the walk ways which is so nice Highly recommend this place
|Recommended: YesNice Place, Nice People — We love our apartment, the layout is nice, appliances and counters cabinets are a little outdated but we like the space and the functionality of the space. The walls are nicely sound proof. Maintenance came by the same day we reported an issue with a lightbulb. Awesome staff, super friendly and we love that it's close to everything. The larger main parking lot fills up quickly but the back parking lot has lots of space. We love it here

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments For Newlyweds — I love this apartment Parking has super tight spaces and is generally first come first serve, but overall a great place to live. Wonderful location.
|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Property Staff I Have Ever Had. — A great and cozy experience. Parking is widely available thanks to the additional underground parking. Can't hear neighbors above or below and they can't hear you. Landscaping and buildings themselves are beautiful. Construction is well done and kept up to date. Maintenance staff are always ready to come on call. Property staff will help you on the dot. Overall, I have truly admired my experience here thus far.
|Recommended: YesSmall But Decent — It's a good place to live, but the neighbor noise from above is UNREAL. Definitely live on the top floor. Parking is pretty available, but harder to find if you're wanting to be underground. The grounds are okay as well, but snow shoveling could be greatly improved.

|Recommended: YesLove It Cozy And Comfortable — It's been great living at Cambridge Court so far. The apartments are neat and kept well, the right size for a couple of newlyweds as we are. Depending on which apartment you have your utilities might vary in quality and modernity speaking mostly of dishwasher, oven, and swamp cooler . Great price for what you get.
