|Recommended: YesMove In Process — Natalie and Brayden made the move in process so easy and stress-free. They definitely care about the people and families that move into the complex. They're kind, genuine and made everything so simple for my wife and I.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place To Live — So far this has been a very pleasant experience living at Cambridge. The staff has been very helpful and the parking is great. When moving wouldn’t recommend using a moving truck cause you can park it there. Everything else is great
|Recommended: YesEpic — Epic. Overall no complaints. I noticed a few minor things. The door in our closet to the bathroom gets stuck on the top frame and is splitting the door a bit. Nothing too bad.

|Recommended: YesSolid — The ac unit is really old and doesn’t work super well. The hinges and doorknobs have all been painted and it looks kinda sloppy. The front door creaks pretty loud. They also forgot my toilet paper holder. The parking Is great, albeit the spaces are a little small. The management is great and fix all problems really fast. The staff is great too. The renovations are really nice and it’s a great place to be

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff And Amenities Despite The Construction — Cambridge has been a great place to live We have really enjoyed the newly renovated apartments, though the renovating of other apartments has been a bit annoying. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and we have never had any problems with them. The only big complaint I would have is the poor ventilation in the apartments. If you take a shower, you have to have all the fans on in the entire apartment and open a window or else there will be mold growth. The apartment is aware of this, and states it in the contract, but it is a bit obnoxious to deal with and shows that there was a problem when the apartments were built. Living in Utah, humidity shouldn't be a problem All told, though, we have been very happy here, and would certainly recommend it to others.
