|Recommended: YesIts Ok — The apartments are okay. When we moved in there was a few problems with the apartment and we had to contact maintenance multiple times. Parking here is kind of annoying it is only a one way entrance and the parking spots are very close together and tight. Overall just an okay apartment, but its a place to start.

|Recommended: YesSolid B. — Overall pretty nice, but really pricey for a little apartment. Everything works and it’s good for small couples. The parking spaces are tiny and the office staff never seems to be available, but everything else is good.

|Recommended: YesThe Perfect Apartment — I absolutely ADORE everything about living in Cambridge Court Management is friendly and truly cares about you and your experience as a resident. The day I moved in, they left a welcome home letter and gift of sparkling cider and chocolates on the counter for me No other place I've lived in this area would even dream of doing something like that. I feel like I'm valued as a person, not treated as a number like so many other management companies.
Cambridge Court welcomed me with open arms- they made the lease signing and ESA approval processes easy and quick. They've been prompt in answering my many questions, and have been happy to help quickly with any maintenance requests. It's been easy to get temporary parking permits as needed when I've had visitors or when my car was in the shop and I had a rental. There has always been plenty of open parking spaces, although they are a bit small.
The office staff is consistently friendly and happy to help however they can whether you call, email, or go talk to them in person. Cambridge Court doesn't try to nickel and dime you at every opportunity like most apartment complexes do in the Provo Orem area. The apartments are cozy, at 525 square feet, but are perfect for a single person or couple. I'd like to stay here for as long as I possibly can

|Recommended: YesCambridge has been such a fun place to live. It is a small apartment and it's expensive, but we plan on living here for many years. Noise isn't too bad, maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests, the management and staff are always incredibly helpful, and it's such a fun community to be a part of. Get a place here if you can

|Recommended: YesGreat — We have had a great experience so far. It is expensive but not impossible. It is small, but nice. Parking is not great but you find a way. We have some noisy neighbors but its not bad and the staff is great.

|Recommended: Yes8 10 — The staff is wonderful, the grounds are clean, the rent and utilities are fairly painless comparatively in the Provo market. Having people above us with loud footsteps in the middle of the night is a nuisance, but very rarely do we suffer inconveniences from thin walls if you know what I mean.
