submitted by Brett H. - |Recommended: YesLove It — Much bigger than our last place, and much nicer too. We love it
submitted by Megan L. - |Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Nice apartments. Good location, and not too expensive. Utilities seem to be pretty expensive in the winter though.
submitted by Christine C. - |Recommended: YesI Love Cambridge Court! — It is good. The apartment seems kinda old and dirty. The a.c. does not get into the bedroom in the summer and everything makes noise, fridge., dishwasher, heat ect. The apartment molds up pretty easily probably due to poor ventilation. I had to wait a few months for a new toilet seat, my rug to get cleaned, and for my window to get fixed. Internet connection is sometimes a problem. Otherwise it is very quiet and hospitable to live in.
submitted by Erika P. - |Recommended: YesI Love It! — The apartments are well maintained, but the best part is the management. Of all the places I've lived, the management here is the best! They are always quick to respond to anything and everything.
response from property -Thank you so much, Erika! We are happy that you are happy! Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything that we can do for you.
submitted by Andrew B. - |Recommended: YesIts Great — Close to campus and good neighbors

submitted by James I. - |Recommended: YesGood Choice If Being Close To Campus Is A Priority. — Cambridge Court really is an overall good apartment complex. The ward is nice and inviting and the apartments are a good size for newlyweds.
response from property -Thanks!
submitted by Nathan P. - |Recommended: YesGood Management, Quiet Place To Live. — The apartments are perfect for couples without kids and the proximity to BYU campus and many restaurants and store outlets is very nice. The management is always very friendly and the residents are quiet.
response from property -Thanks Nathan!
submitted by Katherine W. - |Recommended: YesGood Location, Excellent Management. — Typical Utah residents. People smile and make eye contact as you walk by, whether they know you or not. Perfect size apartment for couples just starting out and within walking distance to plenty of good places to eat and have fun.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback, we really try to be great management!
submitted by Tyler W. - |Recommended: YesThis Is A Really Good Place To Live — It's pretty decent. A lot of privacy, yet places to hang out with people.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback!
submitted by Christian A. - |Recommended: YesWe Love It! Other Than The Parking Everything Is Great — how close to campus it is.
response from property -We are glad to hear you love it here! Thanks for the feedback!
submitted by Michael H. - |Recommended: YesClose To Campus, Small, But Great For A New Couple — It is small, but it is a good size for a new married couple. The married student ward is great and management is pretty quick to fix any problems.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback!
submitted by Mark W. - |Recommended: YesAwesome Place To Live! — Its like coming home to a fresh apple pie at the end of a really cold day sledding.
response from property -Thanks Mark! That has to be the best analogy I have ever heard!
submitted by Jason L. - |Recommended: YesNice Apartments If You Get The Wood Floors. — Great location to be close to BYU campus main streets (University Avenue, University Parkway, and Center Street). Would be nice to have updated kitchens though with newer appliances, but can't complain about having a dishwasher and AC included.
response from property -Thanks for your feedback! We will take that under consideration.
submitted by Ruben F. - |Recommended: YesQuiet. Not Very Social — Nice. Close to campus
response from property -Thanks for your feedback! What can we do to make things more sociable?
