|Recommended: YesCambridge Court Is The Perfect Apartment Housing For Newlyweds! — Living at Cambridge Court is great! It s always very quiet and peaceful can t hear neighbors very often. Maintenance is very prompt and willing to help with anything. The apartment directors care that are apartment-living requirements are met. The apartments are a great size, especially for newlyweds everything works great (if something doesn t work right, maintenance is on it right away!). My wife and I are very pleased with Cambridge Court and plan on staying here awhile.
|Recommended: NoExpensive, Hot, Moldy, So Hot. — Management is nice, and the apartments appear well maintained from the outside. The maintenance guys are also very nice. However the A/C sucks, it s expensive and not effective at all. I think my apartment was one of the hottest places in Provo this summer honestly. You would think the heat would ve killed some of the window mold, but I don t think it did at all. Also the inside parking spots are way too tight. I m just being honest, it has been frustrating especially for how high are rent payments are. Everyone in the office has been friendly and very easy to deal with, so I hope you don t take this personally.

|Recommended: YesLove It. So Social. Great Management — We love it. Nice apartment close to campus and lots of fun friendly people. The apartments are perfect size for newly married people.

|Recommended: YesThere Are Things I Enjoy And Things I Don't. — It's comfortable and conveniently located. There are elements that I think should have a little more attention and should be fixed. But overall I think it's a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesPoor Air But Great Management, Great Location, — Cambridge is great. What makes it great is that the managment really try to make the living environment a fun and welcoming place. As far as the actual living space, there is no central air and you might have some mold, but if you follow the ventilation instructions, everything should be good. the neighbors are great and we're getting google fiber (if not I'd tell you the internet provider was setting up poor internet). if you live on lower levels, expect upstairs neighbors to be loud, especially if it's wood floor. These are minor things that are an inconvenience but overall, Cambridge is a super cozy place to be.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Location, Great Staff, Fun Community! — We have lived here over 2 years and have loved every second of our time here. The neighbors and great, it is close to BYU, and we have really made it our home because they let you "make it your own".
